ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Dynflux services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Dynflux provides AI services, custom software development, and support and managed services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: AI data engineering, knowledge base development, workflow automation, agent development, front-end and back-end engineering, mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing system monitoring and maintenance.
USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, providing accurate information, and ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, all intellectual property created during a project engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. Dynflux retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Our brand, logo, and website content remain the property of Dynflux and may not be used without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dynflux provides services on an as-is basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless both parties agree to an alternative resolution method.
